Service Pro's have their own app to be able to see jobs.

Super simple to create your account. 

Just add a profile picture, name, last name, select your company name under provider (IF, you are working for Amenify Directly as a Service Pro, please select Amenify Provider), email and password. 

Once you complete the registration, you will need to wait until we verify your account. Once we activate your account, you will be able to log-in

Simplemente agregue una imagen de perfil, nombre, apellido, seleccione el nombre de su empresa en proveedor (SI está trabajando para Amenify Directly como Service Pro, seleccione Amenify Provider), correo electrónico y contraseña.

Before going to any appointment, make sure you check all of your appointment details. Checking your appointment details and making sure you have all the information, could avoid any problems when getting to your appointment.

Antes de ir a cualquier cita, asegúrese de verificar todos los detalles de su cita. Revisando los detalles de tu cita y asegurándote de tener toda la información, podrías evitar cualquier problema al momento de llegar a tu cita.

When you click "Navigate" in the appointments, you are letting the client know that you are on your way to the appointment. 

Once you click "Navigate" you are also able to Chat with the resident for any circumstance. 

However, you are always able to call the resident as well.

 

Once you arrive to the place of the appointment, then you click "Start Job".

When you click "start job" it will show "in progress", meaning that you are in the procress of completing the appointment. 

You can chat with the resident while you are working on your appointment in case you want to clarify something with them or ask them anything

 

Once you are done with everything, you can press "in progress" and it will take you to another screen where you will complete all the checklist items. 

Once you complete the checklist items, you will click "save & complete".

Now the appointment is completed and your client is happy!

Make sure that you click on each step correctly, that way we can review the time you take to complete an appointment. From your navigation to the place to the end completion of appointment 

NOTE: If the appointment is not marked as completed, we won't be able to pay you out for that appointment.

Una vez que haya terminado con todo, puede presionar "en progreso" y lo llevará a otra pantalla donde completará todos los elementos de la lista de verificación.

Una vez que complete los elementos de la lista de verificación, haga clic en "guardar y completar".

¡Ahora la cita está completa y su cliente está feliz!

Asegúrese de hacer clic en cada paso correctamente, de esa manera podemos revisar el tiempo que tarda en completar una cita. Desde su navegación hasta el lugar hasta el final de la finalización de la cita.

NOTA: Si la cita no está marcada como completada, no podremos pagarle esa cita.
